raises the question of whether there is really justice in America. The book describes  the Author’s wife’s experience in confronting the justice system after several neighborhood kids falsely accused her of attempting to run them over.

When neighbors who also wanted them out of the neighborhood joined in as witnesses, this set in motion an unfair prosecution and a nightmare in a criminal justice system gone amok, which resulted in her being committed for several days for psychological evaluation, fee gouging, incompetence by defense attorneys, and more.
